These terms apply to orders placed on julianjamesjewelry.com. The seller is Julian James Jewelry, Tennessee, USA.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Checkout and payment are handled by our Shopify store. Your order is confirmed when payment is accepted. Each piece is hand-strung and one of a kind, so quantities are limited.

Shipping

Shipping is free on all US orders. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and ship in 3–7 business days.

Returns

Website orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Pieces must be unworn and in their original condition. To start a return, email hello@julianjamesjewelry.com. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are on our Shipping and returns page.

Natural materials

Gemstones and pearls are natural, so color, size and markings vary slightly from the photos.
